Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Simply browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. When you have completed your shopping view your purchases and if you’re happy proceed to checkout.

Delivery

If ordered before 11am we aim to despatch your goods on the same day (Mon-Fri). All our prices exclude VAT and carriage. Where delivery is anticipated to be longer than 5 days, we will contact you. If you are ordering from outside the UK please contact us for a delivery quote.

Privacy Policy

Hardy and Hanson Limited do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Credit Card Security

When your order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer – they are not held in clear text on any web site.

Payment Method

We accept online payment in a completely secure environment with the following cards: Visa, Visa Delta, Mastercard, JCB, Switch, Maestro and Solo. Prices include delivery and 20% VAT. We reserve the right to alter prices.

Our online store uses the very latest encryption technology (SSL) to ensure that your transactions with us are private and protected as they travel across the Internet. When you proceed to make your purchase, your browser makes a connection to the secure section of our website. Your browser will show a padlock in the bottom right corner to indicate that it has made a secure connection and depending on your browser a window may pop-up to notify you that you are entering this safe area.

The secure server uses 128bit SSL encryption with a digital certificate issued by Thawte. This is to encrypt all data as it is transferred over the Internet. The secure servers are situated on a standalone private network completely isolated from other networks and connections. They have a single resilient connection to the Internet, which is serviced through dual dedicated ICSA compliant Watchguard firewalls. The servers are further secured through “server lock” protection, with all credit card details encrypted through 3DES encryption.

Returns Policy

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we would simply ask that you contact us within seven days following receipt of your order – we will always exchange, replace or refund your purchase at your request subject to the following conditions:- The return of goods will only be accepted with prior agreement.

It is the purchasers’ responsibility to ensure returned goods are received in a clean, unused and undamaged state.
