Hardy & Hanson – proud to be a UK manufacturer of cut felt and foam parts - have extensive gasket/part cutting facilities on one site in Penistone, Sheffield.
We are confident that our production can handle any volume from our vast range of proven industry leading machinery, which include: – CNC Automatic Traveling Head presses, CAD/CAM Flat Bed Cutting Systems and numerous Beam/Roller/Swing Presses as well as a completely Automated Kiss-Cutting System line.
Our manufacturing facilities give us the capability to offer one-off, small-batch items on a same-day service as well as to support volume accounts, which can see us ship 100,000+ batches of parts as well as everything in between.
Form tools can be utilised to ensure dimensional quality and consistency, but specialist cutting systems or hand cut parts are also available for smaller batch or prototype requirements.
All parts are offered with Self Adhesive Backing (SAB) – an area where we have extensive knowledge and experience.
The software in use on our cutting tables means that we can utilise existing CAD files or reverse-engineer parts from customer samples.
By using our own vehicle fleet or by utilising our partnership with a range of carriers means that we can normally offer a next-day delivery service.
We have in-house targets for quoting customers quickly and monitor our OTD performance, always realising that personal service is the key to any customer relationship.
We have Technical Sales Engineers who are able to visit on site to assist in making recommendations for part design and/or material selection.
This is supported by a dedicated, knowledgeable and friendly internal staff who are there to guide, help and offer good advice.
